Denys and Gilly Roberts
Denys and Gilly Roberts have lived in East and Southern Africa all their lives.
Denys left Kenya in the 60s to take up a career as a Marine Engineer. At about the same time Gilly left Tanzania to take up a job in South Africa. The inevitable happened. They met; they married; the career at sea was curtailed, and, ever since, they have travelled the area, involved mainly in tea, but with a never ending love for the bush.
Son Keith, from January 2005, works with Tanzania Game Trackers, and daughter Jane, is currently part of the team at Peponi.
The Roberts' dream was always to share this Paradise with others, and with Peponi they are doing just that. Visitors will find that the Roberts are more than happy to pass on their knowledge of the area, the people, and the bush.
Environment.
