Moulin has been with the hotel since 1995 when it first opened under the 'Sheraton' brand. Since then she has seen the management move to Legacy Hotels and now to Movenpick. She has remained throughout as the 'continuity factor', allowing smooth transitions and ensuring no disruption to service levels. You will normally find her at her very welcoming office on the first floor.
